System Support

NOTICE: Beginning 12:00pm on Wed April 26, KHRIS production will be unavailable as we begin our server migration with COT. All agency staff who require access to KHRIS, via the SAP GUI Logon pad, must get their GUI Logon pad updated before 05/01 or else those users will not be able to access KHRIS until they do.

Personnel has reached out to the COT SCCM Team who will start deploying the new SAP GUI to users in COT managed agencies beginning the week of April 17, or sooner, if testing goes well. Additionally, we have communicated this requirement to the COT Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) to ensure they are aware of this requirement and can help facilitate timely rollout.

It is imperative that if your agency is not managed by COT that you start the process as soon as possible. For those agencies who manually install the SAP GUI, a new installation package can be found on COT’s MOVEit SFTP site,
